Mobile Learning (also called m-learning) is getting more and more important day by day, as the next generation of technology goes toward mobility solutions which enables the:
Learning at any place, at any time.
With the quick advances in mobile technology, it is already possible to support disabled learners and teachers activities on the move. The thesis’s aim addresses the motivation behind a new pedagogical approach of learning concepts for disabled people based on web 2.0 in mobile technology, which facilitates the formal and informal learning contexts of disabled people learning scenarios.
The system focuses on the special interactions and activities of different disabled learner with educational environment instead of the interactions with device, although the environmental and group interactions in a learning process are somehow hard to implement with the current mobile devices, but it seems in near future the main problems going to be solved. In order to reach the goal, several researches and feedbacks issues will be tested regarding the
pedagogical effects of mobile learning process in different workshops.

Mobiles Lernen (oft auch einfach m-learning genannt) gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung.
Die neueren mobilen Technologien ermöglichen das Lernen in diversen Alltagskontexten, zu jeder Zeit und an jedem Ort.
Mobiles Lernen bietet gerade behinderten Menschen Zugänge zu Informationen, die sich besonders gut in ihre Alltagskontexte einpassen lässt. Das Ziel dieses Projektes ist es auf der Basis von Web 2.0 und mobilen Technologien neue pädagogische Konzepte und Szenarien zu entwickeln, die behinderten Menschen bessere Lernchancen ermöglichen.
Im Zentrum steht die Gestaltung der Interaktionsmöglichkeiten dieser Lernumgebungen. Der Entwicklungsrahmen wird weniger von der Handhabung der Geräte als von den Bedürfnissen des behinderten Lerners bestimmt.
Dieses Projekt stellt hohe technologische Anforderungen an die mobilen Geräte, insbesondere wenn Gruppenarbeit unterstützt werden soll. Es ist zu erwarten das in naher Zukunft die mobilen Technologien soweit ausgereift sind, das sich hierfür neue Perspektiven ergeben. Um das gesetzte Ziel unter Beteiligung der Betroffenen zu erreichen sind mehrere Workshops mit ihnen in ihren Alltagskontexten geplant.
